“As Peer Technology Assistants (PTA) we do our very best to assist students, faculty, and patrons from all over the world with computer lab technology questions. Whether a student is having difficulty printing in colour, or a faculty member is unable to add money to their account, PTAs work around the issue through guidance in the most efficient way possible while also educating them on the technology. Helping library patrons comes naturally through this job as PTAs get to educate students and themselves in order to minimize any potential issues. PTAs also get to hear the wonderful stories students and faculty members have to offer as the library programs presented every month are inspired by you.”
Kamal Narayana, Peer Technology Assistant
