UBCO Library’s Okanagan Special Collections & Archives and Trail Museum & Archives are pleased to announce the release of a new digitized collection now available through the British Columbia Regional Digitized History (BCRDH) project.
Cominco Magazine was first published in 1940 as a monthly journal to celebrate Consolidated Mining & Smelting Company of Canada Limited (CM&S) employees, their families, and company operations in Trail and Kimberley. It grew to include Cominco operations across the county and the globe. Spanning from 1940 to 1971, 353 issues of Cominco Magazine are now digitized and available online through the BCRDH project.
The Trail Museum & Archives is grateful for the financial support of Teck Trail Operations to undertake the digitization of this publication and for permission to make it accessible online.
