Community of Practice
Are you curious about the best ways to organize and retain your files?
Are you looking to update your records policies or discuss solutions for managing digital sprawl?
Are you interested in guidance and suggestions to make your records management easier?
If so, the UBCO Records Management Community of Practice (RMCoP) is the perfect place for you!
What is RMCoP?
The RMCoP is a collaborative network where colleagues across UBC Okanagan come together to exchange ideas, share best practices, and strengthen records management across campus. Our goal is to break down knowledge silos and create a supportive space for learning and problem-solving.
Whether you want to ask questions, propose solutions, or share your experiences, RMCoP is here to help. We connect through an active MS Teams channel and keep members informed with newsletters from Okanagan Records Management.
Why Join?
- Learn from peers across faculties, schools, and departments
- Share your expertise and help shape campus-wide practices
