January 24 is the UNESCO World Day for African and Afrodescendant Culture. To help celebrate, UBC Okanagan Library has curated a display and book list that highlight materials in the UBC collection. 


At UBC Okanagan, plurilingualism isn’t just a concept, it’s a lived reality for many students, staff, and faculty whose unique language repertoires shape the way they learn, teach, and express themselves. 


In September we asked students for their book recommendations for a collaborative book shelf activity. Here’s the list!


UBCO Library has put together a display in the library and curated a list of books to help recognize International Day of Persons with Disabilities
